How to return your order

Package and Ship: Carefully package the items in their original condition, including tags and packaging if possible. Ship the return to the address provided by our team. Please note, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
How to track and trace your return
To easily track the status of your return, visit our Track Order page. Simply enter your order number and the email address used during checkout to view updates on the return status. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request and notify you via email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
